HOLIDAYBash

Let's see what you've got

What are you in for?

With the holidays and the end of the year upon us, we thought it would be fun to take an evening off and game together in a friendly competition of trash talking and a little bit of skill.

Join  us on January 3rd at 8 PM EST in a three-fold competition (CS:GO, Valorant and Rocket League) against your fellow Able members for bragging rights and a chance to win some surprise prizes, but most of all, for some good laughs and banter.

CS:GO

Clean your mouse pads because you're in for 3v3 aim duels in a double-elimination bracket

VALORANT

Put your game faces on and get ready for an all out battle in this Valorant deathmatch game

ROCKET LEAGUE

Rev up your engines and get ready for this 3v3 soccar double-elimination bracket

CS:GO - Flicks and clicks!

We start the night off with a first to seven rounds 3v3 CS:GO aim duel in a double-elimination bracket. Points will depend on your team’s final placing in the tournament. Brackets and details can be found HERE.

Valorant - To the death!

We continue the night with a standard Valorant deathmatch (twice!). Points will be added up for each member of the 3-person team at the end of the battle, depending on each player’s score and standing (we will take the best score/standing out of the two games for each player).

Rocket League - Soccar!

We end the night with a standard 3v3 Rocket League soccar double-elimination tournament. Points will depend on your team’s final placing in the tournament. Brackets and details can be found HERE.

THE RULES

TEAMS

For each tournament, we will be mixing up teams, typically trying to match up one CS:GO player, one Valorant player and one management team member. The goal of the event is to get to know one another a little more, and to trash talk our fellow Able members – all in good fun!

POINTS

Your team’s overall ranking in each tournament/competition will dictate the points that each of the three members of the team will be allocated for a given competition. The players with the most points at the end of the night will win some surprise prizes.

For the double-elimination brackets, the points will be allocated as follows:

  • 1st Place: 20 pts
  • 2nd Place: 15 pts
  • 3rd Place: 12 pts
  • 4th Place: 10 pts
  • 5th-6th Place: 7 pts
  • 7th-8th Place: 5 pts

For the deathmatch games, the points for each member of the three-person “team” will be added and given to each member, based on their best standing and score at the end of the games, as follows:
  • 1st Place: 10 pts
  • 2nd Place: 9 pts
  • 3rd Place: 8 pts
  • 4th Place: 7 pts
  • 5th Place: 6 pts
  • 6th Place: 5 pts
  • 7th Place: 4 pts
  • 8th Place: 3 pts
  • 9th Place: 2 pts
  • 10th Place: 1 pts
